張泗端，號端石，當代書法家。中共黨員，1953年生，當過知青、工人，戎馬半生。畢業于解放軍政治學院、首都師范大學中國書法文化研究院研究生課程班。現為國家創新智庫專家委員會藝術委員會委員，文化中國傳播大使，中國老年書畫研究會書畫交流工作委員會副主任，中國楹聯學會書法藝術委員會特聘專家、副主席、書畫藝術院教授，博鰲亞洲論壇文化中心副理事長，中國服務貿易協會國際交流委員會副秘書長。北京胡潤國際藝術品鑒定中心特聘書法家。中企報盟特聘書法家，《中國書畫家報》編委。
在書法藝術上、張泗端秉承恩師歐陽中石“作字行文,文以載道,以書煥采,切時如需”的書學思想,堅持“重傳統,隨時代,求自我”的書法學習理念,堅持書法的傳統性和民族性,堅持藝術為人民、為時代服務的創作方向,德藝雙修,品行端良。多年來創作書法作品四千多幅,數十次參加國際國內書法展賽、活動,有廣泛的社會影響。曾獲原文化部“建國六十周年文藝創作突出貢獻獎”等多種榮譽和稱號。2019年11月,在民族文化宮舉辦了“翰墨謳歌中國夢，丹青凝鑄民族魂一一中華人民共和國成立70周年張泗端個人書法展"。民族文化宮博物館收藏了其中兩幅作品作為館藏文物。在成年累月的習書過程中,其在與書法文化相關的儒道釋、中醫、詩詞等傳統文化上有所用功。擅作楷書、行書、草書、榜書,作品有突出的個人風貌。
張泗端的書法創作實踐,受到藝術前輩關注。2009年上海世博會期間,時年90高齡的中國美術家協會前顧問王琦先生為其撰文,稱其書法已達“性道一體,道法自然”之境界。2013年以來,歐陽中石、沈鵬、權希軍、馮遠、言恭達、羅揚等對其書法均有肯定的評價。2020年12月,《中國書畫家報》載文,稱其書法“端莊典雅,氣象正大”,代表了當代書法審美的主流。2021年12月,《新文藝》雜志刊登“蘊櫝既久,聲實自彰一一新文藝群體藝術家張泗端藝術人生訪談”,概述了其初心念念,命運多舛的藝術人生,贊揚了在書法藝術研習上取得的成就。2022年7月,《人民藝術家》雜志“春華秋實”欄目,用13個版面介紹了張泗端的書法藝術成就,編者按稱:張泗端豐富的人生閱歷和扎實的藝術功力,成就了他”字如其人“的藝術獨彰。2022年10月,央視頻與張泗端藝術對話,其表達了摯愛書法藝術,為書法作為國粹的純粹,純潔而努力的心愿。2023年5月，被文化中國主題巡展組委會特別授予＂文化中國傳播大使＂。6月6日，光明日報授予其“光明日報藝術界領軍人物＂。

In calligraphy art, Zhang Si end adhering to the teacher OuYangZhongshi "for writing, to carry, to book huan, cut if need" learning thought, adhere to the "tradition, with the age, for self" calligraphy learning concept, adhere to the traditional calligraphy and nationality, adhere to the art for the people, the era of service direction, moral double, good character. Over the years, he has created more than 4,000 calligraphy works and participated in dozens of international and domestic calligraphy competitions and activities, with a wide range of social influence. He has won various honors and titles such as "Outstanding Contribution to the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China" by the former Ministry of Culture. In November 2019, the "Calligraphy Exhibition eulogizing the Chinese Dream and Casting the Founding of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China" was held in the People's Republic of China. The Museum of the Cultural Palace of Nationalities collects two of the works as cultural relics. In the process of adult study, he worked hard in the traditional culture such as Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism, traditional Chinese medicine and poetry related to calligraphy culture.
